Important preliminary information

In order to start a procedure, it is necessary to use a digital certificate recognized by any of the national certification official entities, or the electronic ID document, as explained in the Information and Verification page of the certificates. In order to electronically sign a document, you need a component from @firma; it takes a few minutes to download, install and run. Please, be patient and read the set-up instructions provided.

Technical requirements

Broadband Internet is required due to the volume of information to be transmitted; an active digital certificate for natural or legal persons; Java virtual machine 1.6+; Internet Explorer 7+, Google Chrome, Firefox 3.5+ or other current browsers. This system can only transmit documents with a maximum size of 4MB per file.
