Service Charter

 

Article 6.2 of Royal Decree 1671/2009, of 6 November (PDF, approx. 510 KB), partially developing Law 11/2007, of 22 June (PDF, approx. 936 KB), on electronic access of citizens to Public Services includes the service charter and electronic service charter, among other services available to citizens through the e-Office.

Note that the references contained in this regulation to Law 11/2007, of 22 June, shall be understood as made to those provisions of Law 39/2015, of 1 October. Ref. BOE-A-2015-10565 regulating that area as set out in its single repealing provision.3.

In art. 8.1 of Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the Public Administration (PDF, approx. 266 KB), these charters are defined as the instrument through which the bodies, agencies, and entities of the General State Administration will inform citizens and users about the services entrusted to them, their rights in relation to those services and the quality commitments in providing these services.
