Chapter II Title I of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal System of the Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure addresses the Systems of identification and signature of the parties concerned in administrative procedures.  Articles 9 and 10 refer to identification and signature systems respectively, based on recognized or qualified electronic certificates issued by service providers included in the “list of trusted certification service providers (TSL)”.

The e-Office of the Directorate-General of the Guardia Civil will only accept those certificates supported by the platform @Firma and listed in the document Certification Service Providers of @Firma.

To verify the validity of the certificates from this e-Office, you can use the services of the Valide platform, provided by the Spanish Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations
