  • Si al tramitar su expediente, al hacer clic en “Enviar” el sistema no hace nada y vuelve a la pantalla de inicio, quiere decir que su sesión ha caducado y debe volver a realizar el trámite.

The means available for filing complaints and making suggestions in relation to the content, management and services offered in the Guardia Civil e-Office are:

  • Submission in person or by mail before the general registers and public offices at central and peripheral offices of the Department, addressed to the competent bodies or agencies, in accordance with the procedure laid down in article 15 of Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, which establishes the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State.
  • Online submission through the service of the Department’s General Inspectorate, operational at the central electronic office of the Ministry of the Interior.
